Held for the second year running, KrisFlyer Fest returned on 2 and 3 November 2024 at Cloud9 Piazza, Level 5, Jewel Changi Airport. The event saw over 7,000 visitors – both KrisFlyer members and non-members alike – joining in the exciting activities in store for both the young and young at heart.
Members earned an upsized 9 miles per SGD 1 spent on their purchases if they paid via the Kris+ app, and stood a chance to win the grand prize of 250,000 miles in our KrisFlyer Fest Mastercard® Lucky Draw with eligible purchases. Other attractive prizes include hotel stays at Patina Maldives, Capella Singapore, Pan Pacific Singapore, Shangri-La Sydney and Capella Sydney, as well as Scoot and Pelago discount vouchers and more.

Visitors also seized the opportunity to start their Christmas shopping early and bagged event-exclusive KrisShop deals, including new and exclusive Batik Label by KrisShop items.
On top of that, they enjoyed interactive games, delicious food and drinks from around the world, exclusive merchandise giveaways and many more.

Some KrisFlyer members took centre stage to put their KrisFlyer knowledge to the test in our series of quizzes held throughout the day. Hosted by Mediacorp personalities Chen Ning (Saturday) and Sonia Chew (Sunday), with special guests actor Shawn Thia and singer-actress Annette Lee, members were picked to take part in the quizzes and walked away with exclusive KrisFlyer merchandise.
KrisFlyer members redeemed complimentary coffee at the Kris+ Café (while stocks lasted) and took part in a fun game, winning exclusive branded merchandise. Members also earned an impressive 9 miles for every SGD 1 spent when paying for purchases with the Kris+ app.
Members who had bucket list destinations in mind joined Pelago’s lucky draw for a chance to win their dream trip. Members also seized the opportunity to plan their year-end travels and book activities via Pelago to earn miles.
The KrisShop Mall drew especially long queues during the event, as eager KrisFlyer members took the opportunity to get a head start on their Christmas shopping. With exclusive event-day promotions, shoppers enjoyed exceptional value on a wide range of items from the KrisShop catalogue. These included everything from travel accessories and tech gadgets to the latest and exclusive Batik Label products, which are always a crowd favourite for their unique and elegant designs.
For a personal touch, members who purchased the Destination Series luggage tag had the option to personalise it. This allowed shoppers to create a product that was not only practical but uniquely their own, making it a perfect gift for themselves or someone special.
And the highlight? Every qualifying purchase gave members a chance to win exciting prizes in the lucky draw.
Visitors were kept entertained throughout the two days, thanks to live performances by talented singers Tay Kexin and Tyen Rasif. Even the young ones did not miss out on any of the fun, thanks to the magic shows that drew plenty of laughter and joy.
For some lucky girls, it was the experience of a lifetime at the Junior Cabin Crew Experience booth. Made available for miles redemption and fully-booked at the event, the booth saw juniors being dolled up by Singapore Airlines cabin crew and trying on the signature batik kebaya.
They were all smiles as they walked around to take photos, capturing memories that they will remember for a long time.
Mantou sliders with chili crab remoulade. Korean fried chicken bites drizzled with honey gochujang sauce. Nachos with salsa and guacamole. Tater tots poutine. Chocolate ice cream. Cinnamon churros. These were some of the delicious treats from all around the world that were available for purchase from the F&B booth.
These yummy gastronomical offerings were a hit with everyone who kept coming back for more.
After 4 PM, visitors could also enjoy tipples from the cocktail bar, including the specially-concocted KrisFlyer Bliss cocktail.
The photo booth was a hit among families and friends, as they grabbed some props to pose for photos together. It was certainly the best way to capture memories of a fun-filled event.
Before they left, visitors who collected 5 stamps on their digital passport, could spin the wheel for a sure-win lucky dip, walking away from prizes like the coveted Singapore Airlines bear, KrisFlyer and Scoot merchandise and more.
KrisFlyer Fest 2024 was truly an unforgettable event, packed with exciting experiences, exclusive rewards, and plenty of opportunities to earn and redeem miles.
